With over 36 years of professional experience in Finance & Accounts, He has played a key role in managing financial operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening financial controls. His deep understanding of taxation and regulatory frameworks has supported the Company in maintaining strong financial governance and operational discipline.

He holds an ITP Certificate issued by the Income Tax Department, reflecting his expertise in taxation and regulatory compliance. As a Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, he provides strategic financial leadership, oversees financial planning and risk management, and supports the Company in achieving sustainable growth while maintaining strong standards of governance and compliance.

Babita Ahuja joined the Board of the Company bringing over 13 years of professional experience in operations management. She has completed CA Intermediate and B.Com equipping her with a strong foundation in finance, accounting, and operational processes.

With extensive hands-on experience in operations, Shehas developed a deep understanding of organizational workflows, process optimization, and effective execution of business strategies. Her professional background enables her to contribute meaningfully to operational efficiency, compliance, and internal controls.
