Mr. Rajesh Kumar Patil is a Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree and brings extensive experience in finance, accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance, backed by over 36 years of professional exposure in the field of Finance & Accounts.

Over the course of his career, he has been actively involved in managing end-to-end financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, fund management, and preparation and analysis of financial statements. His long-standing experience has enabled him to develop a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, taxation laws, and financial reporting standards, which has contributed significantly to maintaining robust financial discipline within the organization.

He has played a pivotal role in strengthening internal financial controls, improving reporting systems, and ensuring timely and accurate compliance with applicable statutory requirements. His expertise in taxation matters and regulatory compliance has consistently supported the Company in maintaining transparency and sound governance practices.

He also holds an ITP Certificate issued by the Income Tax Department, which further reflects his technical expertise and in-depth knowledge of taxation and related regulatory provisions.

As a Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer, he provides strategic financial leadership to the Company. He oversees financial planning, risk management, and overall financial governance, while guiding key financial decisions that support sustainable business growth. His leadership continues to play a critical role in strengthening the Company’s financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

She has completed CA Intermediate and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, providing her with a strong academic foundation in finance, accounting, and business operations.

Over the course of her professional journey, she has gained extensive hands-on experience in managing operational functions, with a strong focus on process efficiency, workflow management, and effective execution of business strategies. Her exposure across various operational areas has enabled her to develop a practical understanding of organizational systems, coordination mechanisms, and performance-driven execution.
